Jennifer MacCarthy is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in luxury fashion, hospitality, tech, retail, and mass media and entertainment.

Her career journey began in luxury fashion communications with stints at CÉLINE (LVMH), CFDA, and Helmut Lang in New York, before transitioning to oversee North American Communications for Jil Sander.

She then entered the hospitality and real estate development sector, working closely with André Balazs, leading to roles as Chief of Staff and later Director of Marketing and Events for his properties in Los Angeles.

Jennifer further expanded her expertise in brand marketing and communications at BeachMint, Nordstromrack.com, and HauteLook at Nordstrom, focusing on digital strategies and partnerships with notable personalities.

Currently, Jennifer consults with The Walt Disney Company, specializing in direct-to-consumer retail and audience expansion targeting the millennial, fashion customer segment.

She holds an AAS from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Western Ontario, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
