Highlights
At #EastWestBank, we strive to be problem solvers for our #smallbusinesses clients in their journey from a sole proprietor to an employer of 2, 5 to 50 employees and beyond. Therefore, we joined thousands of small business owners at the annual #SmallBusinessExpo in New York to learn the latest solutions and common pain points while joyfully running into some collaborators. #bankersforsmallbusinesses
This morning, my dear colleague Dennis Chuang reminded that I passed my one year anniversary with #EastWestBank. As I reflect the time I joined and how hectic the banking industry was one year ago, I am very grateful and excited for what lies ahead. This past year, I have learned and delineate what entails to be a great line manager and a great strategist. We will continue to be #mindful who we are and what our strengths are, reinforce #mastery of what we do best and what value we bring to the community and continue to build #meanfulconnections with clients, collaborators and industry peers. Thanks to Kitty Chen and Gary Teo for this opportunity.
