Keeping it real…I had a hilarious moment yesterday getting ready to participate in a panel at the Law-Tech Connect at XPONENTIAL, the biggest autonomous systems conference. Before I left my hotel, I realized that I brought one black shoe and one blue shoe to Denver. Both left shoes! What? No time to freak out. Put on my ratty tennis shoes and went for it. (First pic). The audience got a good laugh out of it. The name of my panel was Show Me The Money (government grants) and I assured everyone I would be SPENDING some money rectifying this situation. (Second pic). Moral of the story? What comes out if your mouth is more important than what you’re wearing on your feet.
