With a career spanning back to 2006, Jennison worked on the Royal Bank of Canada's IT Accessibility Team before moving to LinkedIn in 2013, where he currently holds the position of Head, Accessibility Engineering Evangelism.

Known for his community initiatives, Jennison co-founded various accessibility-focused gatherings like Accessibility Camp Toronto, Accessibility Camp Bay Area, Boston Accessibility Unconference, and Accessibility Camp Los Angeles.
