Highlights
One of the best things I did during burnout recovery was buy a sauna.
That… and took a breath work course.
The Jenny 10-years ago would have thought that was all a load of old bo@&&;ks because she’d be too busy to take care and sit still.
Every single day, I wake and sit and stay still.
Do some form of meditation and relaxation and 3-4 saunas a week.
Don’t know what it is, but taking time for you every day means you can be there and be of service to your goals, dreams and achievements.
Give yourself the gift this Sunday, and breathe, slow down and if there’s a sauna near you, give it a go.

What is your part?
Because that’s what you control.
If you’re just closing a poor performance month and feeling sore, getting some heat and feeling dispondent.
Take these steps to get out of the funk and ready to roll next week.
-
Take the weekend to rest, recover and mind yourself
-
First thing Monday (if it’s not done already), do a retro of your last period and identify the things you control but didn’t
-
Based on that data and adding the data from high performing periods and stepping back with facts, map a plan
-
Get the accounts ready
-
Preview your calendar for the week and block out prospecting time - nothing else is allowed here - no matter who asks
-
Take consistent action against it daily
-
Manage up the exercise, your insights, your plan and execute
-
Take care of yourself daily
Fear and inaction are both controllables.
Take the action and do it anyway and make sure you manage up on this weekly! That’s your responsibility - not your bosses
Because at the end of the day, if you do this and the outcome doesn’t land, you put all your effort into the outcome and then it’ll be time to look at the other inputs to conversion … based on data 📈 not emotions
Now, back to the weekend and disconnect ❤️
