Tonight marks my 10th year participating in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout. Wish me warmth, it's going to be a cold night in Sydney!

Each year, it's a stark reminder that a warm bed and a roof over your head shouldn't be a luxury.

Homelessness is a complex issue and it affects far too many Australians.

Sleeping out is a small sacrifice compared to the hardships so many face every day. This isn't just about one night; it's about raising awareness, funds, and hope. Your support helps Vinnies provide essential services like food, shelter, and counseling to those who need it most.

I am so grateful for all of the messages I have received and of course I really appreciate the generosity from those that are able to donate. A huge thank you to the crew at Finder (past and present) who have supported me for over a decade. And to my friends and family who have always been there for me with their generous support.

I've met some incredible people over my time doing the CEO Sleepout and am so grateful for their contributions to such an important cause to me.

P.S. I love this photo I found of my first CEO Sleepout with Fred Schebesta, Taryn Williams, Jane Lu and Gen George. Absolute legends!

This year is my 10th year representing Finder, raising funds to end homelessness as part of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout, sleeping in the cold for just one night for this very important cause. No one should experience homelessness. Everyone deserves a home.

Sadly, 39% of people (108,000 people) in 2021 seeking specialist homelessness services had experienced domestic and family violence. Its so important that we raise awareness and provide support to those impacted and placed in incredibly tough circumstances.

It’s always an incredibly humbling experience and really makes me realise how lucky we all are.

Over the last 10 years with all of your support I’ve managed to raise $33,308. This year I’ve set myself a fundraising goal of $5,000.

I realise that times are tough but if you are able to dig deep to find a way to support either by generously donating or liking and sharing this post, it will really help fill me with warmth through what is most likely going to be a very cold night this year.

Here’s my donation link for those that are able to help: https://lnkd.in/fdpPkvM

Thank you for your support 🙏
