Let’s start 2024 ! 🏁 Firstly, I am using this opportunity to wish to my network and all the Linked-In members a healthy, joyful, and peaceful new year!
It is also the opportunity to look back at 2023, and I am happy to say that despite the external challenges, JFL Consulting (www.jfl-csltg.com / https://lnkd.in/d4TDBsjG), has been performing very well, continuing its constant double digit turnover growth! ✅ On top, these results allowed us to have a conservative team growth with the aim to achieve new milestones in the coming years.🎯
Why a "conservative" growth ?
Because I want to keep the successful roots of JFL Consulting, a format where we prioritise quality and over volume, both in our business approach and in the company decisions.
Moreover, I believe that our human-size company is an added value. It involves that ALL team members work “hands-on”, on the full recruitment cycle, regardless their seniority. Continuously practicing all the tasks and keeping the ambition to master all the steps, lead to performance and best practice.
In short, mastering takes times (in fact this is an endless learning process), that's why we are taking the time to grow 🙂

Hello Network! 🙂
Via this post, I am trying to make “Today” as a starting point to change course in my communication navigation on Linked-In, and the communication of JFL Consulting overall.
Indeed, for the last 15 years of Linked-In, I am pleased that I had the opportunity to develop: ✔️ 29K Connections ✔️ 3 groups (Job In Moscow, Job in Warsaw, Job & Consulting in Switzerland) with a total of 43K Members ✔️ 2 company pages (JFL Consulting and JFL Executive) with 3K Followers
However, my personal communication was minimalistic, limiting my posts only to share vacancies. Discretion, Efficiency and Essentialism were the key words. 3 words/attitudes which are also representing well the way to lead Executive Search and Recruitment successfully.
Despite these key words will still be foundation of our business performance, it is time to try a new Communication. Especially that in the last 3 years, we had the chance to build a successful (but still young😀) and sustainable (and still growing😊) firm: JFL Consulting (www.jfl-csltg.com). And I believe it is time to “speak-up” and to share more about us, our approach, our challenges, our successes etc.
