Jeremy Meltzer

Founder & CEO, i=Change

Jeremy Meltzer is the Founder and CEO of i=Change, an Australian social impact tech platform that bridges the gap between businesses and NGOs.12 He founded i=Change in October 2014, with the mission to make it simple and powerful for retailers to give back.13

Meltzer's journey began when he was living in Cuba in his early twenties, where he was shocked by the prevalence of violence against women.3 This experience sparked a long journey of meeting with impact leaders, NGOs, and communities to understand key issues holding back women and girls from realizing their potential.3

Under Meltzer's leadership, i=Change has partnered with over 400 brands, including Camilla, Ginger & Smart, National Tiles, and Clarins.2 The platform has raised over $9.5 million, impacting the lives of up to 2 million people in Australia and globally.2 i=Change focuses on empowering women and girls, and more recently, on mitigating climate change.23

Meltzer is also a speaker for ICMI Speakers and Entertainers since January 2018.1 He often speaks on sustainability, purpose-led business, and the unique data highlighting why impact-led business will become the only relevant model of business.3

Meltzer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Spanish from Monash University, which he completed from 1995 to 1998.1
