With an impressive background, Jermyn has successfully led operations in expansion cities for Uber, scaling the driver-partner base from scratch to thousands, and currently heads the marketing team through Rider Strategy & Operations, driving the Uber brand to new heights.

Prior to his venture into the ride-sharing sector, Jermyn was a skilled management consultant at PwC's South East Asia Consulting group, specializing in Strategy & Execution, with diverse experience across industries like telecommunications, media & entertainment, plantation, government, energy & utilities, healthcare, and education.

Jermyn's professional journey has taken him to various countries including Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Indonesia, enriching his cross-cultural and strategic proficiencies.

Education-wise, he excelled in A levels at HELP Institute and obtained a Bachelor of Science in MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics) with Honors from the University of Warwick.

His leadership roles span across reputable organizations like RPG Commerce, Pop Meals, SEEK, and Uber, where he held pivotal positions such as Head of Strategy & Operations, Director of Operations, Regional Strategy Operations Manager, and Rider Strategy & Operations Lead.

Jermyn's versatile skills encompass strategy development & implementation, business modeling, and a strategic mindset honed through his experience in various industries and regions.
