Prior to that, he was the Broker/Owner of Dornseif Real Estate in Mooresville, North Carolina from April 2007 to January 2009, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to real estate excellence. His career began with O’Brien Group in Foster City, California, where he held the role of Director of Sales Operations and Community Sales Manager from September 1997 to October 2005, allowing him to build a strong foundational knowledge of the industry.
Jerry’s dedication to his craft has not gone unnoticed. He received the prestigious MAME Area Sales Manager of the Year award in 2011, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the industry. In 2003, he was honored with the Employee of the Year award at O’Brien Group, reflecting his commitment and exceptional performance during his tenure. Jerry holds real estate licenses in North Carolina (as a Broker), California, and Florida, which attests to his widespread expertise and knowledge of diverse markets. Additionally, he is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as specialized software like Sales Advisor and Sales Builder, which are essential for modern real estate operations.
