On behalf of Les Surligneurs, I joined journalists, lawyers, diplomats, researchers, tech experts, military and policymakers in Prague for the #CEDMO International Conference 2022. We met under the auspices of the Czech Presidency of the European Union to discuss disinformation chaos in Europe.
Dialogue focused on the growing disenchantment with democratic processes, institutional distrust, and discord in civil society across Europe given the backdrop of the Russia/Ukraine conflict, as well as potential solutions in progress. It was fascinating to hear from such a variety of critical stakeholders in one place, especially given the magnificent complexity of this issue today.
