After an incredible ride, I have decided to say goodbye to 2U. I am excited to be joining Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where I will work with companies to design and implement learning strategies and expand BCG U, in partnership with a phenomenal team of fellow consultants and operators. Plus it doesn't hurt to be reunited with Charles Westrin. Here's to building the future of corporate learning!
I completed the Women’s Leadership Program offered by Yale School of Management!
This was an incredible opportunity to reflect on leading with power and influence - and how to effectively navigate power structures within organizations. One key learning was the tension between experiencing too little and too much external pressure - and how that impacts your zones of comfort (familiar situations that use existing skills and abilities), growth (new challenges and problems that develop new skills and abilities), and panic (extremely unfamiliar situations that evoke a sense of fear and anxiety).
I look forward to putting this into practice as I take on new initiatives that will continue to expand my zones of comfort and growth!
