Highlights
Joyfully Managed Worklife, the 6-week small group program to get organized at work, starts in a few days on Tuesday! Are you curious who's already in the group?
They are mostly senior leaders in their organizations, with titles like Vice President, Executive Director. There are some incredible folks earlier in their career. Some folks are between jobs and looking for their next opportunity. Their industries are diverse - from physicians to education leaders and government employees.
They are from around the U.S., from places like Oregon, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Washington, D.C.
When I asked them why they were joining, here are some of the verbatim things I heard from them:
🗣️ "Feeling like I can't get on top of my work or personal 'to dos', feeling generally overwhelmed and scattered. Not getting too high priority, longer-term goals, e.g., fundraising, strategic planning."
🗣️ "There is limited time to think and project plan. My office and team operate in this way as well, so I'd like to bring some strategies back to them, so we're working more efficiently as a whole."
🗣️ "Lots of priorities and difficulties tracking all of my to dos (many are sitting in my email)."
🗣️ "I try to do a lot of this 'how to manage my worklife' on my own and would love support in doing so, and I am a believer in radical joy and appreciate your joy framing."
🗣️"This is my first full-time salaried paid role, and I feel like I have a lot to learn about time/task management skills in the workplace, and it is not explicitly taught at work."
🗣️"I got a promotion last year and since then have been drowning in emails, priorities, etc...to the point where I'm lost and overwhelmed and don't know where to start. I'm looking for a reset and real strategies to help tackle all of this and get out of the burnout I've been experiencing."
We start on Tuesday with our first live session (and there will be a replay if you're already booked for 11am PT/2pm ET).
You can sign up right now at the link below (there are payment plans and "invoice-my-organization" options available!).
