Jessica Heffernan is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and diverse experience in the fields of international policy, nonprofit management, and immigration services. She holds a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on International Policy and Nonprofit Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She also completed her Bachelor's in Political Science at Villanova University and engaged in a Study Abroad program at the University of Westminster.

Jessica has held various roles in prestigious organizations, including serving as an Immigration Advisor at Harvard University. Prior to that, she gained valuable experience as an International Operations Intern at HIAS and as a Program Associate for the Egyptian Decentralization Initiative at USAID. Jessica has also contributed her skills and expertise as an Immigration & Social Services Volunteer at NYU/Bellevue Program for Survivors of Torture and as an International Student Advisor/SEVIS Compliance Advisor at New York University Office of Global Services. Her previous experiences also include working as a Paralegal at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy and as a Research Assistant at the Clinic for Asylees, Refugees & Emigrants (CARE Clinic) at Villanova University School of Law.
