Jessica Minhas is a dedicated human rights and mental health advocate, TV host, public speaker, and the Founder and CEO of I'll Go First, a nonprofit organization focusing on mental health and trauma recovery resources for underserved communities worldwide.

With 14 years of experience in digital media, Jessica produces compelling content on social issues and advocates for survivor empowerment programs, particularly in the space of sex trafficking victims.

She is committed to challenging audiences to think globally, empowering individuals to find purpose, and urging them to amplify their voices for the greater good, all driven by her passion to address silenced issues and bring hope to those in need.

Jessica has pursued a diverse educational background, including studies in acting technique, premedical programs, global mental health, journalism, narrative-focused trauma care, and interpersonal communication across renowned institutions like Harvard Medical School, Columbia University, and NYU.

She holds a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida and an A.A. in Communication from Daytona State College.

In addition to her role at I'll Go First, Jessica has been involved with organizations such as Dreamers // Doers and has worked as a consultant in areas like human trafficking, global mental health, and trauma/PTSD. She has also served as a TV host under Ingrid French Management.
