Jessica Pliska is the Founder and Strategic Advancement Officer at The Opportunity Network (OppNet), a national nonprofit organization she established in 2002.14 With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University, Pliska has dedicated her career to supporting students of color and first-generation college students on their path to higher education and successful careers.4
