Jessica Shearer is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for enhancing health systems and primary health care to promote health equity. She excels in real-world research, evaluation, and the utilization of data and evidence for decision-making across various organizational levels. Her expertise lies in driving positive changes by embracing complexity and leveraging appropriate tools.

Jessica Shearer pursued her education at renowned institutions, completing a Master of Health Science in International Health focusing on Health Systems from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Additionally, she attained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Policy from McMaster University.

With an illustrious career, Jessica Shearer has held key roles in several prestigious organizations. She currently serves as the MEL and Adaptive Learning Lead at PATH for the MOMENTUM Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity project. Previously, she held the position of Acting Director and Senior Technical Officer in Health Systems Analytics at PATH. Jessica also worked as an Associate at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Consultant at the World Health Organization, a Research Coordinator at McMaster Health Forum, and a Research Associate at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
