Jessie Duncan has an extensive and impressive work history across various prestigious organizations. She currently serves as the Lead Program Officer at the Tipping Point Fund on Impact Investing. Previously, she was a Founding Member at Level, a Principal and Expert at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and held roles such as Director of Medtronic Labs, Senior Portfolio Manager & Head of Strategy at Medtronic, and Advisor to U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Samantha Power at the US Mission To United Nations, U.S. Department of State.

Prior to her current roles, Jessie Duncan gained valuable experience as a Manager at Monitor Group (now Deloitte Strategy Consulting), a Research Assistant in the Foreign Policy Program at The Brookings Institution, and served in various capacities at organizations such as the Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative and the International Crisis Group.
