In an interview with the Telegraph, Charlie Bryant (Zoopla boss) points out that individual buy-to-let investors are turning away from the rental sector against a backdrop of tax hikes, high mortgage costs and increased bureaucracy.

The rental market will probably experience a shortage of rental stocks as landlords either look to sell or occupy their stock in other ways.

Longer term, I think institutional and corporate landlords may fill the vacuum but in the short term I dont see a reduction in rents in the short term.

I often get asked why AI isn't better utilised within the NHS?

One of the biggest problems I find is that NHS datasets lack "cleanliness". Aside from complicated data storage and access conditions, often data was originally collected and organised in ways which serve doctors treating patients, but not ai developers hoping to feed it to computers.

Making it suitable for those models is something the NHS hasnt got its head round yet. It is often easier for those seeking to organise these richer data to start from scratch!

We need to get to grips with this as the NHS really does have a treasure trove of data and potential solutions to improve patient care
