Jill Cochrane is a board certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) with extensive experience in various settings including public schools, home health, and clinical environments.

With specialized training in a wide range of approaches such as Social Thinking, PROMPT, Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol, HANEN, PECS, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Floortime, ABA, and more, Jill focuses on treating children with communicative disorders.

Areas of expertise for Jill include motor speech/articulation and oral phase dysphagia, with advanced training in orofacial myofunctional therapy and certification as an Orofacial Myologist.

Jill's practice involves functional assessment and treatment of patients with tethered oral tissues (tongue ties), particularly for individuals undergoing orthognathic surgery to help them regain oral function.

Her educational background includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communicative Disorders from the University of the Pacific, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Speech Pathology and Audiology from California State University-Sacramento, and studies in Physical Therapy at Simmons University.

Jill has worked in various organizations including North Bay Speech, Ross Valley School District, Dixie School District, The McCarton Center for Developmental Pediatrics, and more, bringing a wealth of experience to her practice.
