Jim Crosby is a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience in the digital industry, known for his expertise in jumpstarting digital strategies, brand evolution, audience engagement, and revenue generation.

During his tenure, Jim successfully revamped the NHL's digital business, leading to a threefold increase in digital revenues. He also implemented cost-effective digital solutions for reputable companies like CBS Interactive Music Group and Townsquare Media, in addition to collaborating with renowned brands such as NYSE Euronext, KidzBop, and AMC.

Jim kickstarted his career at AOL, where he spent 11 years as the lead producer, establishing crucial partnerships with industry giants like eBay, WebMD, NBA.com, and NASCAR.com. He was instrumental in launching innovative platforms for kids and teens, as well as overseeing strategic partnerships that resulted in the launch of TMZ.com in 2004.

Throughout his career, Jim has been involved in groundbreaking projects, including producing the online experience for Live 8 and collaborating on the pioneering cross-platform game show, Gold Rush, with Mark Burnett and CBS.

In his role as the Executive Director of Digital Media at TMZ.com, Jim spearheaded product and audience development, focusing on enhancing mobile and digital platforms to expand the audience base.

Currently, Jim holds the position of SVP Of Digital in the Media Technology Group at MGM Studios. In this role, he concentrates on developing B2B client platforms for the Sales and Marketing teams, as well as designing and constructing consumer-facing websites for MGM shows and mgm.com.

Jim's specialties lie in producer, product development, program management, project management, and creative development. He is an alumnus of the University of Mary Washington, where he studied BA in Liberal Arts.
