Jim has held various significant roles in reputable organizations. Currently, he serves as the Senior Vice President and Client Account Executive at Inmar for Kroger. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Canada at Inmar and also led the Inmar Promotions Canada division. Prior to these roles, he held leadership positions at Inmar as VP Enterprise Retail Sales, Vice President Data Sciences, and Chief Technology Officer.

Before his tenure at Inmar, Jim served as the President of the McGill Place Condo Association and held several Vice President positions at Equifax, overseeing areas such as Global Sourcing Office, Information Technology Operations, Application Development, Hardware Development, and Mergers and Acquisition Integration Planning. He also led initiatives related to Global Year 2000 compliance, physical and data security, disaster recovery, and internal audit.

Furthermore, Jim Deffenbaugh has experience in the healthcare sector, having worked as the Director of Security and IT Quality Assurance at Detroit Medical Center. Prior to this, he was an IT Auditor at Marathon Oil Company.
