Jim Garrity is a seasoned professional with a rich background in marketing and advertising. He is the founder and CEO of BridgeTwoWorlds, LLC., a marketing consultancy focusing on bridging traditional and digital communications. Prior to founding his consultancy, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Wachovia for over a decade. Before his tenure at Wachovia, Jim held executive positions at IBM and Compaq, showcasing his extensive experience in sales and marketing. He was actively involved with the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) for more than a decade, chairing the organization in 1998 and founding the ANA’s New Technologies Committee in 1995. Over the years, he has contributed his expertise to various companies, serving on advisory boards and as a director, including roles at Burst Media, Canoe Ventures, Digitalsmiths, and more. Currently, Jim holds the position of Co-Chair at CLOVR Media's Advisory Board and is a board member at Olson. He also acts as an advisor to Marketshare and Ghostery, and chairs the Board of Advisors for American Towns and ColSpace. Jim's specialties include brand building, brand architecture, advertising, new media, and marketing ROI/accountability. He studied BS in Management/Marketing at Fairfield University.
