Jim Lee
Associate Professor of the History of Early Christianity Director, Doctor of Ministry Program
Jim Lee, also known as James Kang Hoon Lee, is an Associate Professor of the History of Early Christianity at Southern Methodist University's Perkins School of Theology. He has been a faculty member since 2012 and currently serves as the Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program. His academic background includes a Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. from the Catholic University of America, along with a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.124

Lee's scholarly work emphasizes ecumenism, aiming to bridge divisions among various Christian denominations. He teaches courses that cover significant topics such as early Christian spirituality, ecclesiology, and the life and thought of St. Augustine.
