I am excited to announce that I am stepping down as managing partner and CFO of Culhane Meadows PLLC, the law firm I co-founded nearly 11 years ago. I am thrilled to make way for the firm's new COO and Finance Director, Nicole W. Joseph, MSc, whose financial expertise will serve the firm well into the future. I have been working with Nicole since she joined us last October to ensure a smooth transition.

As I return to New York City, where my career began over 35 years ago, I plan to take some time to reflect on the satisfaction that comes with building a thriving law firm within a cutting-edge business model. I am excited to see what opportunities present themselves in 2024, where I can pursue my passions and shape the direction of my professional future.

Throughout my journey, I have been committed to the areas of financial literacy and mentorship focused on underrepresented individuals in the legal and business world. I believe that the latter is critical to a positive future for the legal profession. I look forward to expanding my volunteer commitments in these important areas.

I would like to express my gratitude to my partners, both co-founders and those who have trusted the firm as a place to move their respective practices. I would also like to thank Pamela Daily and Connie Elder, the back office team they created, and the many other support resources and advisors who comprise the engine that has advanced the firm's business and operations. Additionally, I would like to express my appreciation to our friends, such as the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and Women Owned Law, and their members, who have shared and supported our common vision and beliefs. Finally, I extend my heartfelt thanks to my clients, past and present, both large and small, who have followed me on my law practice journey.

I am excited about the next chapter of my career and look forward to seeing what the future holds.
