Jim Tselikis

Owner at Cousins Maine Lobster

Jim Tselikis, a native of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, is the co-founder of Cousins Maine Lobster, a successful startup food truck business with over 50 units nationwide. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2008 with a degree in Political Science. Despite a career in medical device sales, in 2012 Jim and his cousin, Sabin Lomac, launched their first food truck in Los Angeles, aiming to bring the authentic Maine lobster experience to the West Coast. Their appearance on Shark Tank led to a partnership with Barbara Corcoran, and the Cousins ventured into franchising, expanding their lobster business across the U.S. and internationally to Taiwan in 2017. Jim is dedicated to growing his business sustainably, prioritizing family values and customer experience. Outside of work, he is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is a devoted father to his daughter, Olive.
