Thank you to Northeast Arc Board Member Jenny Holaday from Encore Boston Harbor for sharing her Field Guide for Career Advancement to a group of managers and emerging leaders at Northeast Arc. I’ve heard this presentation several times and it remains just as impactful each time I hear it. Jenny shared incredible advice that will help our staff develop their skills as leaders and grow their careers. It’s advice I wish I had heard early in my career.

Arc Tank winners @LynnDisabilityNetwork visited The Center for Linking Lives at Liberty Tree Mall for a check presentation and photo with me and Steven P. Rosenthal of West Shore, whose financial support has made the Arc Tank possible. We were thrilled to be able to fund LDN’s “Lynnebago” which will make public events in Lynn more inclusive for people with disabilities or autism by providing a universally designed space with an accessible bathroom, sensory sanctuary, and multi-lingual augmentative and alternative communication. We can’t wait to see the “Lynnebago” when it is finished!
