After 6 months creating so many beautiful memories with my baby boy during my parental leave, I am excited to share that I have started a new role as the Head of Early Careers Business Talent Acquisition, Americas at Bloomberg.

I am looking forward to providing my expertise to support this team and help bring in the future generation of our workforce. I will miss working on the Diversity and Inclusion team with some of the brightest peers I have ever met. The work itself is not over and I look forward to bringing my leadership on DEI to new areas.

Thank you to all that have supported me thus far in past roles and in this new capacity. To more growth and positive change. #inclusionatwork #makeithappenhere #Bloomberg

When companies say “we just can’t find diverse talent…”

Well, this week I had the pleasure of spending time with over 3000 amazing professionals of color from all over the country. ALPFA, Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America put together an incredible convention where Latinx/e/a/o individuals and allies were able to get together and celebrate the beautiful diversity of Latindad and what makes our universal culture so rich. I met enthusiastic students that were starting to navigate their first careers and colleagues doing this important DEI work at their organizations too. We spend a lot of time making excuses on why we can’t move the needle but this week truly reminded me the power of our community and of diversity. Bloomberg LP hosted two awesome sessions on authenticity and belonging. We had a lot of fun but most importantly we connected with one another and leaned into our collective community. Together we can go far and I’m honored to continue to do the work I do as a DEI leader to ensure Bloomberg (and other spaces) are inclusive and equitable for all. #inclusioninaction #dei
