Remember to be a listener.
Don't be afraid to ask.
We always tend to avoid hard questions.
Because we fear what others will think, what others will answer, or that the answer doesn’t match our expectations.
But if we never ask, we will never know. Two things can happen:
- you will miss the opportunity because you didn’t dare to ask
- you are just postponing the bad news from the answer.
You only lose.
Be smart when asking questions, but ask, and don’t be afraid.
