I heard once that the key to fulfillment and purpose is to find something that lights you up, and work until you are tired then rest until you are bored. Well to put it mildly, retirement was BORING so I have jumped back into sea of small business! I purchased Forest Hills Florist, a staple in the community of Garner, NC for over 50 years. Reviving this business and putting a new spin on an old industry is a blast. I must admit, I never thought I’d endeavor retail, which is part of the challenge and the charm.
