Joe Iarocci is an accomplished executive coach who specializes in working with executives, teams, and boards of directors, adopting a servant leadership approach in his relationships. His educational background includes a J.D. from Cornell Law School, a Masters of Theological Studies from Candler School of Theology at Emory University, and certification from The Sherpa Executive Coaching Certificate Program at The University of Georgia. With an A.B. magna cum laude from Brown University, he also participated in a visiting student program at Columbia University School of Law. Joe Iarocci has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as the Founder of Cairnway Coaching and Co-Founder of The Collective LLC. He has held roles such as Member of the Board of Directors & Senior Advisor for Servant Leadership at Gray Matters Capital, Board Member at Social Accountability International, CEO at Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, Board Member at Georgia Center for Nonprofits, and contributed to the Executive Management Team at CARE USA. In his previous professional roles, Joe Iarocci also served as a Partner at Lamar, Archer & Cofrin, and as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP.
