Joe Konopa transitioned to the software industry in 2018 after a successful career in nonprofits spanning almost a decade. With significant life milestones under his belt, he embraced the challenge of learning new skills and excelling in a different field.

Starting as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Joe quickly realized his passion for going beyond traditional sales tactics to focus on customer success. This prompted his progression into various roles encompassing project management, technical setups, and product functionalities at organizations like Lessonly and Seismic Learning.

Inspired by industry leaders like Max Yoder and Kyle Lacy, Joe became adept at optimizing processes, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Post the acquisition of Lessonly by Seismic, he capitalized on opportunities for cross-team collaboration to maximize customer value.

Determined to diversify his expertise, Joe ventured into the realm of customer success at DemandJump, where he contributed to helping clients achieve higher search engine rankings through specialized software and methodologies.

His recent stint with a startup, although not yielding the desired results, further fueled Joe's enthusiasm to seek new avenues for employing his knowledge and skills to create remarkable customer experiences.

A graduate with a BA in Telecommunications from Ball State University, Joe honed his professional skills through a series of roles in different organizations, ranging from stealth startups to established companies like Seismic and DemandJump.

Apart from work, Joe devotes time to his family and enjoys engaging in strategic X-Wing miniatures games, riding his Onewheel, and passionately supporting Manchester City during games.
