Highlights
The latest on my firm, FP Omni lawsuit against TSYS/GP – Amended Complaint Attached. The evidence is exactly what we have been saying from the beginning - TSYS, rather than supporting its customer, FP Omni, worked with the large brands to shut our company down and keep it “hush hush” from us. Why TSYS worked secretly to drive us out of business will be revealed later, but TSYS made a $500+ million mistake, before we even discuss punitive damages to punish TSYS for not telling us the truth.
It says plenty including the exhibits.

To my colleagues @ Global Payments/TSYS regarding the lawsuit which FP Omni brought against your company: I propose that, except for documents marked Attorney Eyes Only (AEO), all other documents produced by each side in the discovery process be removed from the Protective Order, which protects against public disclosure. I believe it is in the public interest to understand how our companies acted, especially since Global Payments/TSYS is such a dominant player in the payment processing world. You have publicly stated that our lawsuit “lacks merit.” Then what is there to hide? The public can decide for itself how each of us has done business. I have nothing to hide and have no problem with having this dispute in the court of public opinion. The public, including those in the payment processing industry, can see how each of us does business. Let us all know if you feel the same way.
