Joe Vaccaro is a retired Marine Corps veteran with over 31 years of diverse experience across operations, training, intelligence, budgeting, contracts, communications, and logistics. He served as a Commanding Officer and Chief of Staff for major events in New York City, handling special projects.

In addition to his military background, Joe has a concurrent 24-year career in law enforcement with the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). His expertise includes surveillance, historical investigations, financial investigations, criminal investigations (such as homicide, arson, and theft), law enforcement operations, protective service details, intelligence analysis, and instruction.

Post-retirement, Joe held various positions such as Operations Officer for a joint overseas command, local government official, Deputy Vice President, and Project Manager for a prominent international construction company. His roles involved overseeing the construction of infrastructure like roadways, training centers, and logistical depots. He also worked as a Curriculum Developer and Instructor for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. Army National Guard.

Joe Vaccaro's extensive travel experiences have taken him across the Far East, Africa, Europe, South America, the Middle East, Central Asia, and the Caribbean. He has a background in education, having studied Curriculum & Instruction at the Master's level.
