This one seems to be asking: Well Joel? Work in progress?
Are you really, honestly working on yourself?
For the last few years I really have been! I've read a lot of quality books - books that challenged me in real ways. I've had a lot of good conversations, deep conversations about heavy stuff like purpose and inner peace.
Everything is always a work in progress! And that's good. For me it means I'm still growing, still learning. Still living an imperfect life full of mistakes! Just being slightly more confident and intentional about it.
