Joel H. Treisman (MAPP, MBA) is a scholar practitioner and the founder of From Wealth to Wisdom, a consulting/coaching firm catering to high net worth individuals, families, and family firms.

Joel's expertise lies in the psychology of wealth, human flourishing, family dynamics, coaching at individual and organizational levels, group process facilitation, philanthropy, and leadership coaching.

He integrates insights on human flourishing and 'the good life' into his work with high net worth families, successful entrepreneurs, businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Joel holds a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Systems at Saybrook University, Joel has a diverse educational background having also studied Climate Change and Health at Yale School of Public Health.

Throughout his career, Joel has been actively involved with various organizations such as Bike Aid USA, Center for Positive Organization, Positive Organizational Behavior Institute, Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard Medical School, and was a teaching faculty at the University of Pennsylvania for Applied Positive Psychology, among others.

He has held roles ranging from Board President at GOMEZ FOUNDATION FOR MILL HOUSE to NYC Group Chair & Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at TIGER 21, showcasing a deep involvement in leadership, coaching, and consultancy across different sectors.

Joel's strengths are appreciation of beauty/excellence, creativity, curiosity, gratitude, humor, love, zest, and social intelligence, which he leverages in his coaching and consulting interactions.
