From 2015 to 2018, Murphy was the Global Chief Marketing Officer & Head of eCommerce at rag & bone, where she led all marketing, creative, communications, PR & brand initiatives, in addition to store design & visual merchandising. She also owned the Global eCommerce business and led the brand’s marketing transformation, including its collaboration with Star Wars.2
Prior to rag & bone, Murphy was the VP of eCommerce at Kate Spade & Company, where she was responsible for the company’s global digital strategy.2
Johanna is a member of Google’s Marketing Advisory Board and the University of Delaware’s School of Engineering’s Computer and Info Science’s Advisory Board.12 She is a founding member of the DE Chapter of Women in Tech® & is a member of Chief.
