Johanna Solomon is an accomplished individual with a diverse background in group and community conflict resolution, mediation, and political psychology.

She holds a High School Diploma from Germantown Academy, a certificate in Political Psychology from Stanford University, an MA in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University, an AB in Comp. Human Development from the University of Chicago, and a PhD in Political Science/Political Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.

During her career, Johanna has held various roles such as Assistant Professor at Kent State University, Fundraising Director (US) at CalPak Education Management Organization, Mellon Post Doctoral Fellow at Grinnell College, Adjunct Professor at Chapman University and San Diego State University, Mediator at the National Conflict Resolution Center, and Intern at the DOJ Community Relations Service.

She has also gained experience as a Graduate Student in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine, an Analyst at the Harvard Student Study, and as a student at both The University of Chicago and Germantown Academy.
