Highlights
Hello, my brilliant LinkedIn network!
I just spoke with a colleague who is looking to do some prototyping and potential build out of a system to integrate a handful of disparate network devices (hardware and services) via REST APIs.
The hardware will likely include key entry systems (OpenPath, Kisi, others) and surveillance cameras. Additionally, room reservation system software would be integrated as well. I estimate that prototyping would take a few days to a couple of weeks. The output of the prototype would be specs to build a web-enabled system to integrate with the most promising hardware/services. Ideally, the same person/team would be able to design/develop the integrated system once the prototyping phase has been completed.
My colleague is based in the Western burbs of Chicago. However, prototyping and implementation would can likely be done anywhere.
