I had the pleasure of leading the workout team this morning. I have been doing this a couple of times a month but the guru leader is on vacation this week so I have the opportunity to lead a few days this week. First I love the team!! We have roughly 10 people show up via Zoom every weekday morning at 5:30 am. We have been training together for four years now. Here is the training from today. Breathwork, guided visualization, meditation for 20 minutes or so 50 situps 50 windshield wipers 25 4-count swimmers 25 4-count flutter kicks With a 45# sandbag a ladder of the below. Each round starts with 1 deadlift and exercises are added. So round 1 is 1 deadlift, round 2 is 1 deadlift followed by 2 hang cleans. 1 deadlift 2 hang cleans 3 push press 4 front squat 5 alternating lunges 6 bent over rows 7 clean and press 8 back squats 9 push and drag After the progression was completed we did it in reverse straight trough from 9-1. Our total training time was an hour and 15 minutes.
As Spring and the Masters are upon us I thought I would post an interview I did with the Flag Hunters Podcast. We discuss how to use emotions as information when trying to go low on the golf course. We also get into how to use intuition to shoot lower scores. I hope you enjoy it!
