Congratulations to the fine folks at NBCUniversal in Paris and especially to the folks in Stamford and all the technologists around the world supporting them for making this amazing event happen. There were times when we had beach volleyball, gymnastics and cycling being watched on different screens in different parts of the house at the same time. It was great to dive deep into the early rounds to the gold medal on even the most esoteric sports. This is what the Internet was invented for. Thank you!

A recent Harvard study found search and generative AI services respond differently depending on the community they serve. The researchers discovered that “search responses can vary significantly and even conflict depending on the topic and language of the query.”

If your buyers are using generative AI for research (oh... and by the way, they are...) you must consider how your solutions appear. When you're monitoring your “placement” you need to identify the questions buyers are likely to ask, and define questions that create the context for each of their buyer personas in order to see the results they are likely to see.
