John Daly is a seasoned solicitor with extensive experience spanning over eleven years in the legal field. With a post-qualification background of five years, he specializes in Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, PFI/Projects Law, and Commercial Dispute Resolution.

Beginning his career as a trainee solicitor at Seddons in London, John transitioned to become a qualified solicitor in England and Wales in October 2016. He honed his expertise in Commercial Disputes and Insolvency before moving to Kerman & Co in January 2018, focusing on corporate law where he practiced for two years.

In his professional journey, John also worked in-house for over two years in Lend Lease’s Facilities Management business within its PFI/Infrastructure division. Noteworthy is his pivotal role as the sole internal legal support on a complex M&A transaction, 'Project Titan,' overseeing the pre-transaction preparation and subsequent c. £33m Share Sale of LLFM to ENGIE, a subsidiary of GDF Suez.

In January 2020, John Daly joined Mason Hayes & Curran in Dublin as a corporate solicitor, following his admission to the Irish Roll of Solicitors in November 2019. Mason Hayes & Curran is recognized as one of Ireland's leading business law firms, boasting a team of 90 partners and over 500 staff.

John Daly's academic background includes studies in Legal Practice Course and Law at BPP Law School, a Graduate Diploma in Law, Law at the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History from the University of Liverpool. Furthermore, he pursued studies in History and Politics at the University of Maryland College Park.
