John McNellis

John McNellis, a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Hastings College of The Law, co-founded McNellis Partners in 1982.

He has an extensive background in real estate development and has served on the national Board of Trustees for the Urban Land Institute, as well as being a Governor of the ULI and a member of the ICSC.

John has been involved with various non-profit organizations, including Outward Bound USA, Rebuilding Together Peninsula, Lambda Alpha International, and the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center.

He is a monthly columnist for the San Francisco Business Times and occasionally lectures for the ULI and colleges and universities nationwide.

McNellis Partners, under his leadership, specializes in renovating and redeveloping shopping centers, retail, mixed-use, and office projects, with a focus on Northern California.
