John Murray is a renowned advocacy strategist with expertise in strategic communications, public affairs, and politics. He is well-known for his influential and connected approach to advocacy, focusing on authentic storytelling and effective engagement with key influencers and stakeholders.

With a career that includes leadership roles in major organizations and founding two strategic communications and public affairs firms, John has a wealth of experience in navigating complex public policy and corporate reputation issues.

John's professional journey includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff during Eric Cantor's tenure as Whip and Majority Leader in the US Congress. He has also held executive positions at prominent organizations like the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, America's Health Insurance Plans, and Freddie Mac.

An alumnus of Franklin and Marshall College and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, John further honed his expertise as a Resident Fellow at the Harvard Institute of Politics in 2013.

Outside of his professional endeavors, John resides in Seattle with his wife Joanna and their daughters Isabella and Tasmyn. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, boating, and playing the drums.
