Highlights
Sydney is a key market for Occupy Property, and we're consistently active in the NSW region. Having spent the first 25 years of my life in Sydney, I'm particularly excited about our growing team's involvement in the “Emerald City.” Occupy Property’s national advisory work for Xenith Consulting includes the procurement of a new office for Xenith’s Sydney based team in 35 Clarence Street. This project follows previous assignments for Xenith in Perth, Brisbane, and NSW’s Hunter Valley. Occupy currently has several active mandates for Sydney and we will enjoy continuing to expand our growing national workbook. Our thanks to Xenith’s leadership team for the strong and ongoing support of Occupy Property.

Everyone I speak to love’s Bunnings! It seems that most people have their favourite aisles, and the atmosphere is typically relaxed. The floor staff always have the right answer to any question you ask, not to mention the fabulous smell of sizzling sausages on weekend days. At Occupy Property we consider ourselves fortunate to count Bunnings as a highly valued client. Our long-term contact with the group has given us some insight into a company that truly values its people. Its no wonder that they enjoy such high employee retention rates. Our work with Bunnings this past 12 months has culminated in a long-term lease renewal for the Bunnings Queensland Support Services Centre at Upper Mount Gravatt. We thank Bunnings for their long-term strong support of Occupy Property.
