I realize I never made a post when I started at Tiktok nearly two years ago now. It's been a long and hard road but I've found myself lucky enough to be in a position surrounded by people who are willing to put their trust in me. As of last Monday I have been promoted to Partner Program Manager at Tiktok!
I'd like to extend a big thank you to Lendl Punzalan for being such a close mentor and friend to me all these years. He was always there to give me the positive feedback, but more importantly he was there to give me the critical feedback I needed to make strides. #promotion
It was an amazing run, but my time at @Bird, as well as the time of over 400 of my colleagues, has come to an end due to the ongoing #COVID19 crisis.
During my time at Bird I helped to build out our Charger Support team and led the creation of an internal help center to centralize, align, and redesign our processes on a global scale. Once I was finished with the help center, I then produced a training plan as well so that the onboarding of all our support agents was as smooth as possible. Then I did this once more after we acquired Scoot Networks.
I’ve always said what makes Bird great is the people and the fact that we were all united under the goal to reduce carbon emissions. So, to those still at Bird I say thank you for giving me the chance to both learn from you and enjoy your company; I know you are going to continue to do amazing. To those of you who, like me, are no longer at Bird I know that you will be doing amazing things again soon, because you are some of the most wonderful people that I know. As a reminder, I am always available at the drop of a hat.
