Highlights
Lots of exciting things happening in the Health FinTech Space. It is the next frontier for FinTech.
The big challenge in this space is working in two highly regulated fields. For those that can navigate through the regulations, the sky's the limit.
That's the thing that I'm most excited about building at Level. We are solving problems in three highly regulated areas (FinTech, Health, Payroll) and making all of these flow seamlessly to improve the quality of life for our users.
It requires a multi-disciplinary solution across Tech, Legal, Operations, and Product to push the boundaries. This is the type of challenge that gets me excited about the work. #ChallengeAccepted
This week has been a tough week for many of those in FinTech at Chime and Stripe. I have worked with a lot of talented people at these companies.
If you were impacted by the layoffs or know someone that was, we are hiring at Level (https://level.com/jobs). Level is a FinTech company building a better employee benefits experience. We are making Employee Benefits better than cash by delivering a magical experience in receiving your benefits.
As part of this, we're innovating on the payment rails from Employers to Employees to Merchants and building out a core payment platform.
We're looking for people that are passionate about working on building Payment Technology from the ground up.
If that describes you or someone that you know, please reach out.
