There are so many apprehensions to change. Everybody wants change but no one wants to go through the process. Because of this, rather than telling our teams to change; we decided to show them that they have actually evolved, so change is nothing new. As people, we have evolved from being toddlers, to adults, and eventually parents. Most of these changes have brought about stress and difficulty but I think most of us can say it was all worthwhile; it is what made us who we are today.
It’s the uphill battles that we remember and tell stories about. This is the beginning of our next chapter.
