Jolene pursued her academic interests by studying Economics and Management Business at the University of London-London School of Economics.

Throughout her career, Jolene has held key positions at reputable organizations like Splunk, where she is engaged in Strategic Accounts-Public Sector roles, Oracle as a Sales Manager, and IBM in various capacities including Hybrid Cloud Sales Manager, Client Manager in Commercial and FSI sectors, among others.

Earlier in her career, she held roles at Arigoo Pte Ltd as a Sales Manager and at Quest Software as an Inside Sales Account Manager.
