Jon French is a seasoned professional with vast experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and academia.

He is the former Director of University of Toronto Entrepreneurship, where he spearheaded various initiatives across U of T's campuses and managed ONRamp, a sizable co-working and event space in the heart of downtown Toronto.

With a decade of experience, Jon played a pivotal role in the growth of NEXT Canada (formerly The Next 36), leading roles in global recruitment, community building, and alumni relations.

His educational background includes an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jon French's expertise extends to artificial intelligence, evident in his completion of the Rotman School of Management - Executive Primer in Artificial Intelligence.

He has also actively contributed to various organizations, serving on the boards of the Canadian Association of Career Educators & Employers (CACEE), DECA, and Venture for Canada.

Jon's commitment to community is showcased through volunteer work with the MLSE Foundation's 3TO6 Team, benefiting Regent Park in Toronto.

His extensive network in Canada and globally positions him as a valuable link between academia, industry, and governmental partners in fostering entrepreneurship.
